This is a moment captured that really speaks to me. It is about a women who knows her worth and her truth. She has found her voice, and gives strength to the viewer with a calm resolute energy. This piece was done in acrylics and largely with the pallet knife using gestural strokes. A favourite work of mine, this piece works beautifully with another work ‘La Femme’. Lovely together or on their own.
