State of flow is the mental state when you are no longer consciously aware of yourself, your narrative mind is silenced, and you lose track of time and place, oh blissful meditative state of flow. Here you can see the discrepancy of before and after a 'state of flow' is achieved, for me being creative and painting allows me to reach this state.
